KEIRIN has seven types of wager in all. Choosing your wager type wisely is the key to winning. Fully Know about Wager Types available before you bet will increase your enjoyment of the sport.
The standard wager type used in KEIRIN is the perfecta, which you win by correctly predicting which cyclists will finish 1st and 2nd in the correct order. For a greater payout, you can select a trifecta, which you win by correctly predicting which cyclists will finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the correct order. If less certain of your predictions, you can choose a bracket quinella wager to get a higher probability of winning. Choosing the wager type best suited to your style will increase your success.

Trifecta (1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in correct order) Probability of winning: 1/504 5-3-2

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclists will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the correct order.

Trio (1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in any order) Probability of winning: 1/84 2-3-5

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclists will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in any order.

Perfecta (1st and 2nd place finishers in correct order) Probability of winning: 1/72 5-3

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclists will finish in 1st and 2nd place in the correct order.

Quinella (1st and 2nd place finishers in either order) Probability of winning: 1/36 3-5

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclists will finish in 1st and 2nd place in any order.

Bracket perfecta (1st and 2nd place brackets in correct order) Probability of winning: 1/33 4-3

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclist bracket will finish in 1st and 2nd place in the correct order.

Bracket quinella (1st and 2nd place brackets in either order) Probability of winning: 1/18 3-4

To win this wager, you must correctly predict which cyclist bracket will finish in 1st and 2nd place in either order.

Quinella place (or 'wide') Probability of winning: 3/36 3-5 2-5 2-3

To win this wager, you must correctly predict any two of the cyclists who will finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
