How to Fill in a Mark Sheet

To purchase a betting ticket, you need to fill in a mark sheet. Choose the type of wager you want to make, the numbers of the bicycles or brackets you want to bet on and the amount to wager. Bring your completed mark sheet to the window or automatic ticket machine to purchase your betting ticket. Use a pencil and make sure each of your marks fills the circle completely.
Standard Mark Sheet
The standard mark sheet can be used for all wager types. Use this type of mark sheet when you are certain of the bet you want to make and have decided on a particular outcome.

Lets you cancel a bet on the mark sheet without having to erase all the marks or get a new sheet.

(The format of some mark sheets may vary somewhat from this example.)
Formation/Box Mark Sheet
This type of mark sheet is handy when you've decided on the 1st place finisher but can't decide on the 2nd place finisher, or think any cyclist could finish 1st or 2nd. Note that all nagashi/box betting tickets are the same price.
